No chargIng stations, no solutions, no intention of ever providing this service, which was made clear by the staff who said “its an older hotel”??? My house is 30 years old and I INSTALLED a charging base. When you travel for business and you have to go 23 miles to charge your car, it does not make me want to consider ANY of this chain’s offerings.

Pros: 1. The property's condition is good. 2. The staff was polite and professional. 3. Breakfast is available until 10:00 PM. Cons: 1. Limited options for vegetarian hot breakfast. 2. Noise from neighboring rooms can be a minor issue, especially with loud TVs. However, the staff addressed the complaint promptly. Footsteps from above can also be heard sometimes. 3. Parking can be challenging if you arrive late. 4. The elevator permit appears expired—perhaps a new one was obtained but not posted.

This is a clean and well maintained hotel. I only had contact with me person and that was on checkin and that was fine. My only comment is that the entrance to the property is a bit hard to locate especially at night.

Our go to hotel in Carlsbad.

Another wonderful stay, our go to hotel in the area. We arrived after midnight and were allowed to leave our car in the visitor spot right outside the front entrance. Super friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast. An easy five star recommendation.
