front desk people at afternoon shift wasn't welcoming, people were waiting on line for check in, if you pass out water bottler should be for every customer in the waiting line, even they are not a Hiton member, i was but i didn't booked with HILTON.

Overall pleased

While the room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 4pm the staff was polite and reassured us that it would be in 10-15 min. And she was correct! Breakfast was a little disappointing with limited options and less availability of those options. The milk was in date but poured out in chunks. The biscuits were amazing.

The hotel was nice. The pool was closed for maintenance which was disappointing. The breakfast was smaller than other Hilton’s but that is probably because there is a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, sink, and dishwasher in the room.

A few flaws; generally attractive/comfortable

Very friendly helpful staff. Room and facilities are attractive. A few small issues with room: shower doors did not fully close, a few lamps did not work. Sheets are a strange texture - not cotton.

Near University

Hotel in great location if attending a sporting event at the University. Even though it is a newer hotel, the pool was not operating and the beds were doubles when listing said queen/king. People working there are very nice. Space in the rooms is larger, but set up like a dorm room-which seems odd.
