The airport shuttle service was a really nice feature. It was convenient and efficient. The hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly. It was safe and clean. The lobby has an inviting and large seating area. There is a coffee station and microwave to use in the lobby and you can buy small snacks and convenience items. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a mini fridge. The only thing that was a little odd was that the bathroom and closet share a sliding dootlr. If the closet is closed the bathroom is open. It was not very secure as a bathroom door amd if someone was looking in the closet at the same time as someone opened the bathroom door they could get closed in it. Otherwise the room and everything else at the property was excellent!

Decent stay once we changes rooms.

The first room we were given was a nightmare - it smelled like sewage/sulfur and the key cards did not work, even after being reset twice. Not the situation you want to walk into at 6 AM after a red eye. The girls at the front were nice and changed our room, and the new room was great.

There were more guests than expected for 6 am shuttle and the staff quickly resolved this by calling taxis and providing vouchers. Highly recommend.

A very clean hotel that is close walking distance to multiple restaurants. It was also only 8 minutes to the parking area we had for our flight out of O’Hare. We will definitely stay here again.

This is the best Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. Very upscale. Staff was very pleasant able to provide an early check in which made my trip. Shuttle a huge bonus with traffic from other locations.
