Took a shower and no shampoo at all, I complaint about it to front desk and their answers was why I didn’t use their bar soap, toilet or plumbing needs to be service, it clogged and I have to call two times for them to come and fix the issue

Really enjoyed my stay pillows wasn’t comfortable the jets in the tube wasn’t clean but everything else was good I would of enjoyed a hot bath though!

I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely come back and stay again. There were other hotels in the radius of Marriott & Hilton that was nice seeing the different branches. The only thing that I would say is that the restaurant in the hotel is pricey, the food is good though & the night-time staff is cordial a plus. Breakfast the buffet it wasn't worth the price unless they make it more appealing/appetizering or unless your able to order it. Actually, breakfast should be included. Everyone was knowledgeable and attentive from the front desk, housekeepers, and kitchen staff.

My sister and I were in Chicago for our brother's funeral. The shuttle from and to Midway Airport was very helpful. The hotel staff were very accommodating and our stay was peaceful and stress free, which is what we needed. Thank you!
