Good service, but the atmosphere needs improvement.” The front desk staff and housekeeping team at the Sleep Inn Midway Airport were very friendly and helpful. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was what you’d expect for a “breakfast included” setup—nothing fancy, but it got the job done. However, the overall atmosphere of the hotel made it hard to fully relax. There were people smoking in the hallways despite it being a non-smoking property, and I often heard loud noises, doors slamming, and people running or bumping against the walls at night. It felt a bit chaotic and unsettling at times. If the management can address the noise and smoking issues, this would be a solid, comfortable stay near Midway Airport. For now, I’d rate it as just okay.
