The staff was great, but the rooms were not. The first room we were given had a space heater, the lights did not work, and the shower was disgusting. We asked to be moved, and the staff was great about it. The room was much better, but still not great.

Found this hotel last minute when our flight got cancelled due to a snow/ice storm. It was adequate, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. But it was outdated, the room was really small, and the corridors, lobby area, and elevators were not very clean (although with the storm, people were tracking in alot). I wouldn't exactly choose it again but it was inexpensive, and met our need for that night.

My key kept not working to my room. I kept having to go to the front desk so they can fix my key each time. My room was placed near the exit doors, so I kept hearing the door that leads to outside slamming I was unable to sleep most of the time. I also wanted to see if I can get some type of partial refund.
