"It doesn't help that hotels.com use a different grading for rooms to the hotels own website so I didn't actually get the type of room I was expecting.
Other than that a perfectly good stay other than with the room bath not having a plug they had to give me a key to a 2nd room as they were unable to find a spare bath plug"

"The room and stay was excellent. The hotel and room were clean with ample parking and the staff were very friendly. Had a meal and breakfast and the food was very nice.
The only negative was the bar prices. £46 or £37 for a bottle of wine, paid less in London hotels. "
