Hello. Thank you for taking the time to post a review. I am sorry that you were disappointed with the room. If you remember we spoke at the reception on your checkout. The bath panel is being replaced, thank you for letting me know. The radiator had been turned off at the valve on the bottom, I can only presume that was the previous guests, and I am sorry about that. Regards John
