Check in was perfect Alex was great, she showed us were our room was and booked a taxi for us. Room was perfectly spotless and great view of the gardens. Rooms were kinda outdated, had a weird damp like smell which hits you as soon as you walk in. Staff was fine didn’t have much interaction with them, amenities were good, although the sauna and steam room were quite busy and small.
