Check-in was easy, room was clean and liked the inclusion of a mini fridge to store our drinks including the free complementary water. Ideal for overnight stay before a flight as there is a free shuttle to the airport every half an hour.

Good hotel, busy hotel but a basic hotel. Rooms are very basic. Airport hotels are like this. They don't care much about the customers. They are busy. I booked a room for my wife and I. They gave us a twin room. We tried to change it. But they didn't cooperate. So we stayed in two separate beds, and it was uncomfortable and disturbing. They are busy, because of their location. Customers don't stay there longer, most of them are on layover and in between the flights. The building design of this holiday inn is a bit wired. It will give you a feeling of prison. Long lybirithic corridors, you can only can see doors and windows, and inhale tabaco smells. Breakfast is good, above average. But the view from the breakfast room is good. While sipping your tea you can see an A380 is flying from the nearby Dubai airport terminal like a zomby bird to the future sky. Hallelujah, I disliked this hotel.

Check-in was good. TV in room did not operate. Tile and floor of bathroom shower was very slippery, should have rubber safety mats. Especially because it was an assisted room. Dinner buffet was nice, did not have time to do breakfast buffet, but also looked nice. Shadow was on time and helpful.

We stayed there only for a few hours before our flight. The room was clean but not well updated. It was very humid inside the room. The bed sheets were very old with wholes. Overall we had a good few hours of stay.

Adequate for the price paid & location to the airport. Booked a room with a sofa bed. At check in (9pm), was advised housekeeping would need to go & make up the sofa bed. Went for food & 2 hours later still not done. Called reception & waited 20 minutes. Still no one arrived. I went to reception & finally got it done. Tried a couple of hot items at breakfast (omelette & beans). Neither were hot.
