It was nightmare staying at this property Air-conditioning was not working effectively, bathroom drainage was clogged, bad smelling in the room, carpet was not clean in the room, booked a family room sleeps 5 guests but only 2 beds were available.

Great experience overall

I stayed there for two nights. Overall the staff the service , breakfast everything was really great. Location is also really good. They have shuttle services to airport and close by mall etc which is wonderful. The only thing is it is a little run down needs a bit of renos I guess but overall great experience will definitely stay again.

The room was very filthy. It appeared clean but appears that the house keepers take short cuts. The curtains and drapes were civered in dust. The tv Remote tray was filthy, the telephone was filthy. The bed seemed smaller that a King Size bed as promised.

Property was very dirty, to the point that there were a lot of small mosquitos in the room. That being said, if you are looking for a place very close to the Dubai airport because you have a long layover (overnight for example), why not?

IT was bad experience altogether, there was flies ,mosquitos in the room, despite our informing them nothing was done, We could not sleep whole night and we had early morning flight to catch for Lax
