Very poor operations, humiliating to bring executive guests to the property. Said they’d get their quote lounge available. Then just before my guests arrived couldn’t keep up their end of the offer. very clean, approachable and professional staff, immediate attention to remedy problems if any, rooms are very nice and comfortable. Loved the bed, super comfy. beautiful SPA .
