Room not cleaned properly.

Pros: Nothing this time.
Cons: Staff training. Cleaning regime explained to staff. The need to apologise if something untoward does occur.
Couldn't find booking. Asked if I had booked under my own name! Found it eventually. On opening a drawer in the room discovered someone's underwear and the remains of their toiletries! Not a pleasant experience. Very expensive and not worth it this time. No apology forthcoming from an obviously inexperienced staff ill equipped to deal with public! Wouldn't stay there again.

Lovely hotel right in the centre

The hotel was in a fantastic location so perfect for sightseeing. We arrived at 10am not expecting to be able to check in, however we were able to go straight up to our room. We had a huge room with a very comfy bed! A great place to stay!

friendly reception . quick checkin. excellent Location for Shopping and Relaxing in a cafe or Pub. Delicious Breakfast . Sophisticated Bar . wonderful Atmosphere . Would book again.

Die Räume insgesamt, die Atmosphäre, die Winkel, die Lage: OK Nicht OK: Temperatur im Zimmer. Service in der Bar langsam und Service von Prosecco in warmem Zustand!

Loistava valinta

Lyhyellä kaupunkilomalla hotellin täytyy olla kaikin puolin hyvä, keskeisellä paikalla ja oltava toimivat palvelut. Aivan loistava ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Genialer Urlaub mit Freunden

Super Hotel! Sehr sauber, kompetentes, hilfsbereites und sehr freundliches Personal. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Alles in Allem ein super Urlaub in einer tollen Stadt, der durch das Hotel noch besser war!

Super hotel

Fantastisch hotel. Mooie uitstraling, Luxe. Ruime kamer van alle gemakken voorzien. Goede ligging. Vriendelijk en correct personeel. Ideale lokatie om Dublin te voet te leren kennen.
