We were expecting a Premium suite with a kitchen We got a room with no lamps chairs or dresser even Towels were usually picked up by me and supposed daily cleaning sometimes happened but mostly not No safe in the room as advertised. a walk in the mud

you can hear everything in the halls rooms are small, beds are hard, im ok with that, Holbox does not have streets of asphalt, it is rainy and you will get the place dirty w/mud, but the beach is wonderful,
