We picked this place because it looked cute with a boho vibe, and it totally delivered. Very lovely staff, great housekeeping, delicious food. The only thing I'd improve is bike rental, bikes are very rusty. Also moldy chairs in dinning room - I understand there is moisture problem at the island so I didn't mind, but could choose different materials that are not as prone to get moldy. This was our 1st stay at Palapas, but we stayed at Paraiso (sister hotel right next to it) two times and would come back again to either of them. Overall absolutely great value for the price!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION This hotel, is located on one of the most beautiful white sand beaches in the Caribbean ! In addition, it’s only a 10-15 minute walk into the main town in Holbox. The entire staff works together to ensure your stay exceeds expectations. Jose, Marie, Mike, Wilbert are the BEST. You gotta visit, you won’t be disappointed.
