This is one of the best resorts we stayed at. VIP service has butlers available in your villa that arrange everything for you. We had my daughter's 5th birthday arranged at The Nest restaurant. Gerardo from their events team was just amazing. We communicated via Whatsapp before our trip and everything, from fruit cake, decor and most importantly Minnie and Mickey mouse characters. My daughter loved it. And the gifts they gave. Great resort for families. We will return for sure

Loved the property, Everyone was absolutely amazing very helpful. Property is in the middle of Tulum and Playa del Carmen we would catch a "Colectivo" a van outside the property which was very convinient and was only 50 pesos. Will definitely go back.

They do an excellent job catering to kids. My only critique would have to be with The Nest. The Nest is a breakfast and dinner restaurant for Family Selection VIPs only. For being exclusive, I thought it would be better than Hacienda (buffet) for non VIP guest. The Hacienda was WAYYYY better. Way more options and more hot food options. We ate at The Nest 2 days, and then Hacienda the next 2 days. I was blown away and very disappointed that we wasted two days at the “exclusive” Nest. I would also prefer the buffet at Hacienda over all the al a carte restaurants we experienced. Also, beware of the time share spiel at check-in. All we wanted to do was get to the room and relax but we were hounded for 20 mins about it. Overall, we would go back!

I have been in many hotels along the Riviera Maya and I have never experienced the quality of service this place has to offer. We were at the Kantenah Family Select are in the Villa 40, first of all the place is amazing and is worth the upgrade to a walk out pool. We had two butlers Emmanuel y Luis, they were amazing they were at our services 24/7 anything we needed they made sure to get it and the level of attention to details was amazing. We were there just in time to celebrate our 22 year anniversary and they surprised us with an amazing and romantic decoration in our room, I wasn’t expecting that grand gesture. We also had our driver Fernando, he was absolutely amazing, my son loved him he couldn’t believe how nice and cool he was, he was always telling us the best places to go, helping us getting anything we needed as well, he is training to be a butler and I have no doubt he will be an amazing one. We love the place but most of it we love the quality of sevices we received at building 40 from Emmanuel, Luis and Fernando, they made our stay an unforgettable one and with desire to come back next year. We also love the restaurant we visited, the Nest for breakfast, special writing on the coffe it made our day to start on a great note, Bahia e Brasa they were amazing on services and food, La Jarra great food for lunch and friendly staff and the Family Select bar great services, friendly and great drinks. I can’t say enough to describe what an amazing vacation we had.

We had the most amazing experience with the service of this hotel, everyone is so welcoming, caring, helpful and willing to make your stay very special. Property ia amazing, big but cars are available at any time. We are truly very impressed with this hotel that we are planning to come back next year.

Property was big with a lot of amenities. There were plenty of things to keep you entertained and the property was well maintained. Beach did have a lot of seaweed and was a bit rocky, however with the various amount of pools to choose from won’t miss much.
