Excellent service from all of the staff! Everyone was kind and courteous and very informative. From the restaurants, to the front desk, to the pools, the rooms and everything is absolutely amazing and they keep the property very clean. Concierge was also an absolute help for our every need. Desserts every night in our rooms and the food was incredible even at the buffets. I definitely recommend going to Bravo or Chic while staying there.

Very quiet and beautiful scenery. Everything is a small walk away. This resort offers everything, spa, fine dining and live entertainment. The staff is amazing and will do everything possible to make your stay even better.

This resort blew me away. Absolutely stunning. The pictures do no justice, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The whole hotel was the cleanest hotel iv ever stayed in. The food was incredible. Which isn’t normally typical for an all inclusive. This was the most unexpected pleasurable experience I have had. There was entertainment every night somewhere, the resort is huge so be aware of some shuttling around, but there is an endless variety of different options for everyone. Whether with kids, no kids. We will definitely be coming back here. The detail to everything was amazing. Very happy we chose this property.

Overall it was a great experience, the only thing that sucked was that there was that they don’t have elevator in the villas. We had our baby girl, bringing up the stroller to and from our room was just another task . I truly loved their food menu!

We had experience of outstanding service at Grand Palladium White Sand Resort in every way. The staff was super friendly. We had two concierges at our villa - Cielo and David - who was in touch with us with all tiny details of our needs. We got a welcome bottle of champagne in our room and then bye rose bottle. The swimming pool and buffet were all nearby. Everything was so comfy and feel like home. and entertainment was amazing!

Same food everyday. In buffet some empty plates, not enough stuff to fill the plates. Not many spots to swim in the sea. Sometimes rooms where not cleaned. Huge property. Takr some time to figured out where is what. Noy my info was provided for VIP clients. Only at the end of my vacations found all pleasures of VIP access.

This was our second stay at GP Riviera Maya and it exceeded all our expectations. For comparison we have traveled to ten resorts in the last five years and this was probably our best experience. We stayed at White Sands and got the VIP bracelet which allowed us to visit all the areas of the resort via Expedia/Orbitz. We traveled with a 19 month old and the service was excellent, always catering to our little one’s needs and being super understanding and helpful. By far the staff is what made the this stay very special. We specially enjoyed the concierge service (thank you Cielo and David!) that made our stay very comfortable. The FS pool staff was amazing (Leo, Maria, Estela, Lisbeth…) and they even helped us with a health scare with our little one. Food has definitely improved a lot versus last time we visited, we enjoyed every meal. We specially enjoyed the Mexican restaurant and their Yucatan region specialties. The staff at the White Sands lobby bar (Roger, Guendy, Freddy) were amazing and made us great pre-dinner cocktails every night. Fernando at Hacienda was amazing at lunch and Jose kept us well hydrated at the FS beach area. If we had to highlight any negatives it would probably be the beach, as it’s rockier than the one at other properties. The other thing that could be improved is access around the White Sands pool as those stairs can get pretty dangerous. We will definitely repeat and recommend the property.
