This was an absolutey amazing trip! The service was amazing the workers were perfect and so friendly and helpful! I really enjoyed our butlers Israel and Bernardo they were so helpful and make the trip way more enjoyable. Do not hesitate book this place. It also is an amazing deal that you can access the other resorts within the property too.

Just back from a week stay @ TRS and it was spectacular! I read probably close to a thousand plus reviews before leaving and was well versed on what to expect and on some potential concerns to. The concerns I had going in, were mostly about the potential moldy or musty smell of the rooms/AC not working. I did notice that the bed sheets had a bit of dampness to them, and the bathroom did have that smell a little bit, but neither one of those impacted my stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the AC blew cold and had the room very comfortable

My boyfriend and I vacationed for our anniversary & Overall we were very taken care of and accommodated the whole trip. From our check in where we walked into roses and champagne in the room, to our Italian dinner with a decorated table. Amazing staff always eager to help and easy transport around the hotel. The bartender at la terrazza pool, Eduardo, was very generous to us as well as all the staff who helped us check in & check out & our butler. Additionally, I was surprised by the quality of food. My boyfriend and I enjoyed it a lot, particularly the wide selections in the breakfast buffets and the Italian restaurant.

The resort was amazing! The staff is so friendly and helpful, they made the experience very welcoming. TRS is very walkable, you can reach many delicious dining options and the beach is just a stones throw away! ( depending on your villa location ) one of our favorite places to eat was capricho. ( don’t miss out on the Sunday only Mexican dinner ) We had a blast every day there were interactive activities at the Helios Infinity pool. Don’t hesitate to ask your butlers for anything they are extremely accommodating and were eager to make our stay one to remember!

A huge shoutout to Caesar at the TRS Beach Club—he made our Bali bed experience truly unforgettable, ensuring everything was perfect and making us feel extra special. Our room butlers, Maggie and Andrea, were fantastic! They went above and beyond, taking care of all our dinner reservations and offering wonderful suggestions for activities around the resort. Their warm and attentive service made our stay seamless and stress-free. We also had an amazing experience at Zentropia Spa—our massages were beyond relaxing and exactly what we needed to unwind.
