Appartement à eviter

L'appartement ne présente qu'un intérêt sa situation si on veut rayonner sur l'île. Très mal équipé, vétuste, propreté limite, absence de parking malgré sa notification sur l'annonce. Cet appartement ne correspond pas aux critères d'Abritel.
