The hotel was in a great location, very clean, very good staff, nice big room, but… I probably made a mistake in booking an interior room. There was a very small window to an outside courtyard so very very little natural light and just not enough lighting in the room. I mentioned it to 2 different staff and they both smiled and said oh yes, we’ll do something about it but I doubt they will.

Location is great, you can stroll along the seawall into hustle and bustle or the other way to see amazing unique views of the rocks. The beach is amazing, Staff is nice and the property is good overall.

NH Hotels are usually very friendly and practical. I will be back to Imperial. Thank you to the staff. But at the breakfast, the staff is very noisy. They clean and take things very loudly. When the pile the plates and glasses and they talk loudly. But overall I enjoyed my stay.

The Premium Room with Terrasse(which was expensive enough for what it was), was a shock! The room smelled strong like cigarettes! The painting on the wall was falling apart. The airco was extremely noisy. The room was unclean. The staff at the reception was so unfriendly and terribly rude!!!

Another great stay

Love this hotel, have stayed here a few times. The location and views cannot be beaten. The complementary drink in exchange for not using housekeeping is a great ‘green’ initiative, and greatly appreciated. Delicious breakfast buffet.
