My family and I had an amazing few days at this hotel in Gran Canaria. The ocean views were spectacular, the staff was very friendly, and the rooms were comfortable. It's right by the beach and the promenade. Clean, modern and very pleasant with helpful staff. Only stayed one night as an emergency stay over as our flight was delayed overnight so we didn't get to see a lot of the hotel or the pool, but what we did see was very nice.

Nice hotel, low cleaning standards

The hotel location is perfect, the design is good, but we had to change 3 rooms before finding something ok for our needs. The staff was very nice and tried their best to help us on our stay. In my opinion breakfast wasn’t good enough, no healthy options. Unfortunately it didn’t reached my cleaning requirements.
