Excellent in every way.

Pros: Everything - gym, laundry, parking, easy to get to - lovely room views
Cons: Nothing - excellent in every way
Beautiful rooms - larger than they look in the photos - very modern and clean and elegantly furnished. Underground secure parking. Gym, laundry ( both free to use ) - easily head and shoulders above Novatel or Hilton - and a little cheaper. Really nice place with good staff and a very nice, peaceful and elegant place.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, clean everywhere.

Pros: Its close to a food shop. It was quiet, clean, peaceful and comfortable. Didn't hear any noise from people next door to us.
Cons: The only problem we had was connecting with the wi-fi. And bath handles would be good as the bath is lovely and deep but handles to help you get out.
Location: We went to the Chiswick High St, there was a spa and many places to eat. We went by taxi but you can get many places by bus and a few run close by.
We had a lovely time in our Urban Villa apartment. It was just right for the two of us. My daughter and I was very comfortable. We loved the balcony, it has been set out for comfort all round.

Fantastic!

Pros: The way the room look alike: modern, clean...
Cons: Breackfast maybe? of at least open a mini shop around the reception
Location: the location is the bad point of this hotel, not because is is far from the center but because the undersground station is a bit far away...
It is kind of far away from the underground station but there is a bus. That is the only minus here. Beside that: exellent!

Hotellissa hyvin siistiä ja tyylikästä.Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja alue rauhallinen.Näköala parvekkeelta oli vähän pettymys.Näimme vain viereisen rakennuksen ja olimme kovin matalalla.Muuten upea hotelli

Begeistert

Wir haben wegen dem NFL Spiel im Twickenhamstadium ein Hotel gesucht was in der Nähe war. Uns wurde dieses Hotel empfohlen und wir waren begeistert. Das Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Wir haben eine Executive Villa erhalten und das Zimmer war riesig. Eine seperate Wohnküche mit einem angrenzenden Wintergarten der sich über die komplette Länge des Zimmers erstreckt was gut und gerne 10-12 m waren. Leider haben wir nur wenig Zeit in dem Zimmer verbracht weil wir nur für das Spiel nach London geflogen sind. Aber es hat sich gelohnt. An der Rezeption wurde uns auch ein Fahrer organisiert der uns für 20£ direkt zum Stadion fuhr. Die Bilder auf der Internetseite entsprechen der Realität.

Modern apartment hotel with good public transport

Pros: Modern, clean, spacious, nice staff, nice price. You can order from fast food restaurants and eat in your apartment.
Cons: Can't imagine anything at the moment
Location: Lots of small grocery stores nearby and Sainsbury's next door. McDonalds 10 minutes walk away in Brentford. Ealing just 15 minutes with bus 65.
Apartment hotel opened 2015. Good location on the way from Heathrow to London downtown with Piccadilly line. Subway station South Ealing, 15 minutes walk to hotel or bus 65. Place is clean and nice to stay. Kitchen had more stuff than I have at home. Not so many visitors actually use it, so everything was like new. Check-in is 3pm but we arrived at nine to airport so we thought go asking if we can drop our luggage to hotel and go downtown for the time before checking in. For our surprise we heard our apartment was ready so we got it 10.30am.

Une belle expérience

Situé dans le grand Londres ouest Urban villa est un excellent compromis. Chambres / studio avec cuisine complète et même une petite véranda. Décor contemporain, propreté irréprochable et tous les équipements nécessaires. Le vrai plus est lé personnel, présent de jour comme de nuit, jeune,accueillant,sympathique et en mesure de trouver rapidement une solution adaptée a n'importe laquelle de vos questions pratiques. Je recommande tout particulièrement Urban Villa pour un séjour réussi dans la capitale britannique.

Kaupunkiloma

Hotelli oli todella siisti ja tyylikäs. Sijainti vaan melko kaukana keskustassa, mutta bussilla pääsi lähelle metroasemaa ja metrolla helposti keskustaan. Emme saaneet virtual conciergea kuitenkaan näkymään smart tv:stä, vaikka tällainen piti siellä olla.

Laadukas hotelli rauhallisella alueella

Laadukas hotelli, joka ylitti odotukseni. Huoneessa myös keittiö, joten voi itse laittaa ruokaa. Hyvä näköalaparveke, jossa voi nauttia aamukahvit. Hyvät bussiyhteydet metrolle. Ainut miinus, että matka keskustaan kestää noin 1h bussi+metro tai bussi+bussi yhdistelmällä.
