The hotel was walking distance from the bus stop, a very nice grocery store, and an outstanding pub (the Brooke). The room had a good array of things we needed like scissors, dishes and cups. The gym was a disappointment due to outdated equipment.

It’s a very nice and clean hotel. It’s close to bus stops and train stations. It’s close to Kew Gardens as well. The staff is very helpful.

Great apartments, clean and comfortable. There is a good supermarket a minutes walk away, which makes shopping convenient. Although you are limited with utensils for cooking. The car park is essential, this is a negative, particularly given the price of £15 per 24hours. This was particularly frustrating for me, as I was leaving at 6.30am and returning after 7pm every day. Reception staff were very helpful, she even came to meet me on the first evening, as I couldn't find the car park. Thanks for a lovely stay. I would definitely return.

Absolutely loved every single bit!

I honestly loved everything about the property. It’s a very practical accommodation and close to transport links. The quality of the appliances in the room were top notch and customer service was superb. I do wish there was some heads-up about the 100 deposit damage fee to be paid before checking in. I understand it’s just precaution on the establishments part but would be great if that’s communicated up front. The deposit was returned to us in less than a day so that was great! We’ll definitely be coming back for more stays!
