Seems to be a standard for hotels we have stayed at…. The bathtub is so narrow at the bottom that we had to stand sideways to be under the shower. The soap/shampoo etc dispensers were at shoulder level which made the shower space very narrow.

Hotel was clean, Stella on Reception was excellent. She offered first class customer service and was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. She went over and above to ensure our family stay was enjoyable. Not impressed with the food. Breakfast was okay and bar food need some reviewing. Kitchen was not flexible around the menu for those with allergies or with children. When we asked to swop the chips for rice on our child’s meal we were told we couldn’t!

We (2 adults & a child) stayed in a suite. The double bed was very spacious and comfortable but the sofa bed left a lot to be desired - the mattress was very thin and you could feel the slats.
