Disgusting place, non helpful staff, also assigned us a disability room which was filthy which isn’t what we booked and excuse was there was no other rooms left. Do not book here. Toilet floor was sticky from pee stains and room carpet was mouldy and black from dirt

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast which I purchased as a extra was rather cool and not really hot enough. The room I booked had a very large comfortable bed. The room itself was tired, especially the bathroom with a dripping tap and an empty bottle of shower gel and a full bottle of hand was but both in the wrong place. The hotel is fine for a one night stay and great value for money. Dont expect top quality and you will be happy.

Room was clean but found a wet towel hanging in the bathroom. Good breakfast. My stay was okay but a strange alarm went off early morning and someone opened up my door in the morning before 2 hours before checkout time.

Room was quite noisy due to the passing trains, room was very cold through the night, but the air con system was loud so one way or another was difficult to sleep. Bed was comfy, but would recommend bringing your own pillow. Check in and check out was easy and straight forward. Room in the main was clean, but carpet needed a clean as there was some debris on the floor. Excellent location if you are visiting London
