Did not mention any height restriction for entrance which is why I chose this place. Refused to refund me as I was unable to get my vehicle into their premises and the only offer of help was "this is your problem not ours".

Excellent Location, but Overall Disappointing Stay

The Encore Hotel in Marina Del Rey offers an excellent location, which was the highlight of our visit. The bed was reasonably comfortable, but the overall experience fell short of expectations. The property could benefit from better upkeep and greater attention to detail, as the atmosphere felt somewhat neglected. While we initially chose the Encore for its price, even at the current rate we would likely explore other options in the area for future stays.
