I decided to book my vacation stay at the Hollywood Inn and Suites because it was the most affordable and ohhh boy, what a bad stay! (we stayed for 4 nights total). First night checking in, the lady at the front desk did not smile or greet me upon check in. She asked me if I would like housekeeping service everyday or every other day. I proceeded to tell her that "I'd like housekeeping service everyday". Housekeeping did NOT come everyday like I asked, they came every other day. On top of that, EVERYDAY early morning around 6am, I can hear housekeeping LOUD outside my room. It disturbed my sleep. The rooms have NO MICROWAVE so if you're traveling and eating out, do NOT even bother bringing your food back to the hotel to reheat the next day. They have a SEPERATE door near the front lobby (a door that goes downstairs to the basement or whatsoever). They have a STAND there with 2 microwaves standing and placed in the middle of a stairway randomly, it looked ghetto. When it was time for me to checkout, I heated my food in the ghetto scary stairway microwave and proceeded to eat in the lobby, the front desk then approached me and told me that I could NOT eat in the lobby (keep in mind, I am checking out and wanted to eat real quick before my flight). Since, I could NOT eat in the lobby, I had to go back to room just to eat. Oh, did I mention the SMALL and SLOW elevators also that could hold only TWO PEOPLE (there is also a sign posted on the elevator that says 2 people only!).

The hotel is beautiful rooms are nice. I would definitely stay there again because of that. The staff on hand is very rude and cold, which was the worst part. I stayed there for two weeks.

The room was in good condition, staff was pleasant. The room has a hair dryer however there's no iron. There's nowhere to park around the property so you have to park in the parking lot and they charge you $12 a day I think that's ridiculous I will not be back.

Worst hotel ive stayed in by far , i had to be transferred to another room because i seen a roach inside of my room. only to go to the other room where it had bed bugs !!! i was in room 103 where i saw roaches and 406 where i seen bed bugs. so disgusting. i was up at 3am shaking my clothes out just so i didnt transfer them to my car.

The rooms were in good condition yet housekeeping wasn't consistent to clean our rooms and the staff member at check out had a bad attitude towards me and the other two guests at the hotel and even worse over the phone. She was also a terrible listener with sub-par customer service skills.

Even though they say 24x7 check in, the front desk is closed for hours at a time everyday. I travelled for 6 hours and met someone else who had travelled for 14 hours and both of us had to wait for an hour to check in. The front desk was also closed the next morning when I had a question to ask

I don’t understand why the rating for this hotel was 8,2. The place is unsafe, we spent 3 nights there, the second night was terrible. Someone in the room on our floor tried to hurt herself and there were shouting, police came, I’ve heard police saying “drop the gun or drop the knife” and all that lasted for the whole night. We didn’t sleep at all, we wanted to check out, but we were trapped inside and reception called us and said police asking not to leave the rooms. The day after, woman at the reception was very rude and didn’t help us with the late checkout or even the baggage storage. I wouldn’t recommend to stay here, even the reception has equipped with bulletproof glass and they said it is because there are a lot of homeless people coming there and some of them are inadequate.
