This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I can confidently say that both experiences have exceeded my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding, every staff member I interacted with was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Their friendliness truly made a difference and added a personal touch to my stay. Our room was spotless, well-maintained, and perfectly cooled, something I really appreciated given the L.A. heat. It felt like a refreshing escape at the end of each day. Both times I’ve stayed here, the overall atmosphere has been so comfortable and relaxing that it genuinely felt like a home away from home. Another huge plus is the pricing, both of my visits were very affordable, especially considering the quality of service and accommodations. I’ll definitely be rebooking whenever I’m in the area again. Highly recommend!

As far as location it's pretty good, u can walk to a lot of great places, the hotels has a nice layout and decent size rooms, that said the walls and ceiling are NOT sound proof at all, you hear every footstep at night.

Free parking is on street . We were not informed on Sunday of need to move car early the next morning . That was major hassle on Monday . Other than that , there are some good restaurants close by but was surprised of homeless camping close by on Wilshire blvd. Shades of San Francisco , free breakfast was ok
