Love this hotel

I rested really well and we desperately needed after 15 hours travelling by plane and waiting times, jet lag etc. So it was comfy and clean, I loved the toiletries by rituals which is one of my fav brands, and they left a small gift box of rituals products which I was very happy about it. The staff was really friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast was very nice and had good variety. We felt refreshed with a bath, I only was missing a hairdryer but we will definitely go back to Novotel near Newcastle Airport

Disappointing Stay, Checked-Out Early

I stayed in room 234, and right from the start, there were several issues that impacted my stay. First, the bathroom light wasnā€™t working, which was inconvenient, and the shower gel dispenser was empty, leaving me without basic amenities. To make matters worse, I was disappointed to learn that the swimming pool had been closed for several months, which I wasnā€™t informed about prior to booking. I also ordered a pizza from the bar, which arrived hard, clearly having been defrosted and reheated. It was not at all what I had hoped for, especially considering the price. Overall, the combination of these issues led to a rather frustrating stay, and I decided to check out earlier than planned. I had hoped for a more comfortable and enjoyable experience. I hope the hotel can address these concerns to improve future guest stays.

Novotel review near Newcastle Airport.

Good experience prior to flight from Newcastle Airport. Postcode finding hotel could be more accurate. Food, drink, customer service all very good. All stay were friendly and professional from signing in to meeting night porter as leaving in early hours. Bravo!

We stayed here one weekend when we wanted a night away, this hotel was lovely and had great parking, it was in a good area with shops nearby, we got a taxi into town which was only Ā£10 however on the way back it was more at rush hour on a sat night. In a quieter area if you donā€™t want to be right in the middle of town. Great spacious rooms room.
