Wonderful stay at the Riu Palace Pacifico! Place was beautiful, drinks wonderful and food delicious with lots of options! Service stood out and everyone was very friendly. Only bummer is the disco and Riu parties were closed. Wish I knew that ahead of time and I could tell many other guests wanted to party but had nowhere to go.

Overall great experience at this location. Large variety of drinks and food. Different cuisine served at buffet daily for dinner. Property maintained and cleaned daily. Fun activities/shows through the day to participate or to watch. Amazing bartenders and servers. Housekeeping has own issues, like at any other hotel. Remember to hang request for room refresh sign on the door, and you might still need to call front desk for extra towels.

This is by far the best vacation that we have ever had. We completely enjoyed all of the various restaurants and even room service. However, the room service menu does need to be expanded a bit. It is very limited, but a nice cup of coffee on the balcony is lovely in the morning...

We had a room on the south outward looking side of the resort, the views of the mountains and sunrise were amazing ( 6th floor), the city at night and the bay looking south to the mountains there too. There was some construction going on next door but honestly was more entertainment that anything, heard more noise from it getting massages on the beach, but therapist worked to the rhythm of the noise !!
