Things that were aggravating: no outlet near my bed, except behind the bed where I couldn't access it. There were what appeared to be outlets on the bottom of the lamps, but I couldn't plug anything into them - didn't fit. I had to plug my phone charger into the wall, which was NOT near to the bed, so I couldn't be on my phone while it was charging. Also aggravating was the TV. It was March Madness and I could NOT download my app (YouTubeTV) to watch the bball games. I apparently needed the Hulu password to allow this, which I didn't have. Also, these days, all hotels offer decent shampoo and soap options free of charge. The two tiny bars of soap really sucked, and the shampoo didn't even lather up. Luckily, I found some that prior guests must have left under the sink. And finally, the single page, laminated 'directions' sheet was outdated - basically useles.. Good things: Loved, loved, loved the pool. And parking was really convenient. Location to the things that interested me was also really good. And finally, the bed and linens were wonderful. It was nice and cool at night in the room and I cranked the ceiling fan. Magnificent sleeping conditions.

The Host was very welcoming and quickly responded to all of my questions, before/during our stay. The room was EXTREMELY CLEAN!!!! No hair anywhere and the carpeting is washed after every guest. (I am aware of this as several other rooms turned over during our stay) This is the only place I have ever stayed in my life where I felt like I could go barefoot on the carpeting! The bed/linens were super comfortable. We coud have used some more comfortable chairs indoors but we mostly sat outside. There is seating around the pool AND a more private patio space off the kitchen. We mostly cooked breakfast in the morning on the cooktop/microwave/toaster. There is nice grill too. The location is perfect and very walkable to downtown attractions, shopping and restaurants. We really did not even need a car. The pool was heated and clean. Beach towels, sunscreen and hats are provided. Typically we don't swim because pools can seem a bit gross. Not this one! On our first day my husband had to buy a swimsuit as we were definately going to make use despite the cooler temps. It was lovely! Everyone was so nice we will definately be back. The room is accurately pictured on the website and the comments about it being a bit dated are also true. However the amazing cleanliness more than makes up for the fact that it is an older unit. I would rather have a clean old pace than a dirty new one any day! I would not hesitate to rent here again. Thank you Cole and Natalia!!!

Peaceful Serenity

My sister and I had five days of peaceful serenity in this small boutique hotel. We really enjoyed the pool, beautiful flowers in the courtyard and the quietness of the area. Just a couple blocks to shops, bars and restaurants. We look forward to returning in the near future.

The TV controls were terrible. Volume was too load, tried to reset controls and got bumped out of network, and could not get back in. Someone needs to reset before next guests arrive.Inside the room was nice. Outside needs a lot of repairs. Roof was trashy, old screen door on top, trees had a lot of dead wood.

Great location and a nice place

We’ve stayed at a variety of places in the PS area but this one stands out. The location allows easy walking to the heart of downtown, same with the new art museum. Everything we needed; kitchenette, pool and quiet. Reasonable price. We’d gladly stay here again.
