I booked this hotel because it says it was close to the airport and there was an option of a shuttle. However, 1) shuttle wasnt for free and 2) which is even worst beeen 12 and 5 theres no service! This is not convenient at all. Restaurant is also open at specific hours and no room service is available. Our option was a salad from a machine and there was only one left when we arrived. I will nevee stay here again as I think there are other options with amenities working and an available shuttle.

The room was not clean Bed was broken Hotel was extremely nosy Shower was blocked Despite telling the staff 3 times nothing was done about it Breakfast was awful and very limited and not nice talk Staff were not exactly friendly either! Do t think I would go there again or recommend to anyone!

Our room was dusty smelling and so stuffy when we arrived. It was relatively clean but looked way more dated than the pictures had looked. Not bad condition considering the age. There was no water for drinking in the room and the only option was to buy small expensive water bottles in the lobby. At just after 8am the cleaning lady walked in to our room without knocking while my husband was in the washroom. Breakfast was good. The restaurant staff were nice. There were 2 conventions going on which made it hard getting through the lobby with bags but that’s not the hotels fault. The shuttle got us to the airport and that was the reason we picked it although for the 10 euro plus tip we likely could have just caught a cab. All in all the place needs an update but was fine for our one night stay

The first room I was given smell on cigarettes and I was given the new room, but both the new and the previous room were dirty and the furniture was old, with scratches. The bed is not a regular bed, but a sofa with a mattress on top. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again and I’d never give it 4 stars. The staff at the reception and at the restaurant were kind and helpful.
