The stay was ok but more so not prepared for the influx of guest. Only 1elevator was working and it was having trouble, we had to take the stairs a few times…we were on the 8th floor. Expedia listed prices for parking and continental breakfast were not up to date. Thankfully the hotel honored the breakfast rate listed. Staff was friendly and helpful just those couple inconveniences during our stay

This hotel was perfect for an event at the convention center. Connected through a walkway, we never had to walk outside and could leave our coats in the hotel room instead of lugging them with us all day.

Fancy places treat customers according to how they

I was harassed and continuously lied to by the staff members all of them wxcept one named Andrew who worked the night shift. No one wanted to help, if i had to "Its not my job" this place would absolutely get an first place reward. On top of all the terrible experience there i did book one more night there in hopes of speaking with the manager kn duty at check in only to flat out ignored to my face by both of them in the lobby, after the day before i left a note requested for a higher up to get in touch with me due to my service during my stay. .

We had a room next to the elevator but it was very quiet. The room was spacious and the beds were nice and comfy. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint i have was the guests in the room next to us in the morning started fighting.

Peoria in February

Comfortable and secure. Nice accommodations. Some lighting did not work in the room and couldn’t get some tv channels. No one at front desk late at night upon arrival back to hotel. Good location for our plans. Would stay there again.
