The hotel was lovely, a touch of authenticity with beautifully painted buildings. The room was very spacious and it had both AC and celeing fan, which were both so useful, but not aggressive. Walking through the jungle to get to the beach was our favourite part of the day. The food was great and the buffet was stunning, truly surprised with the quality and variety of food. There were also wild coatis and iguanas all around the property making it fun to try and spot them. Had a lovely time overall.

My wife wasn’t admitted at the buffet, the woman in charge says to us that my wife dress a swim wear and is a lie my wife was dressed with a white pans and a white top, we go out for dinner on Sunday to Playa Del Carmen and we was able to enter to a restaurant with the same wear, we also see a man with a shirt in the restaurant and we ask for the dress code and nobody was able to show it to us, is the first time we pass by this, even customer relationship person try to cover their co-workers at the restaurant

The hotel is beautiful, its people are friendly, and the food is delicious. The problem was with the room. On the first day, we asked to be moved, thinking the air conditioning was broken. They moved us, but the other room was the same. The engineering team came and checked, but nothing improved. In short, the heat was intense in the Mayan region, and the room gave us no relief. Also, the bed frame was very high, and we struggled to get in and out, afraid of falling. It is unfortunate because what ruined the experience was the bedroom. I do not recommend it.

The all-inclusive resort exceeded my expectations in every way. From the stunning beach to the exceptional service, every detail was meticulously taken care of. The rooms were luxurious and spotless, with breathtaking ocean views. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, making us feel like family. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is huge with a lot of walking around to do, and a lot of activities to choose from. However when the temperatures are high in Cancun the pool water becomes very hot, and it’s not enjoyable to swim in at all. Also you cannot swim in the beach due to the seaweed

The service was awesome, the staff was so friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in had issues with the power and toilet which was frustrating. The food was good, not great but there were a ton of options. Wildlife everywhere which was cool. So many tours could pick us up through the resort which was nice. A lot of walking, I wish that there could’ve been more carts that drove through more often. Overall a great stay!

Went here with my friendly, I absolutely loved how tropical it was. The atmosphere, dinning, activities and the food stood out the most for me. One thing I would say the nightly performance needed a little bit more variation but apart from that highly recommend
