Everything is absolutely perfect here! The staff is incredibly courteous and professional! We felt so safe and welcome here! Also the food is absolutely outstanding! They also never run out of any alcohol or food. Everything here is always clean and perfect aswell like the restaurants, bars, stores and washrooms. The decor here is beautiful too! Could not have asked for a better stay here. This place has ruined every other resort for us because now we will only be coming here from now on!

My stay was excellent! Everyone was so nice there and activities were so fun and engaging. The resort was a lot bigger than I had imagined, but the drivers on the carts won't hesitate to stop and ask if you need a ride. Rooms were exceptionally clean, however I'm not sure if it was just my room, but I felt like the cleaning staff were a bit selective in what they cleaned (for example, leaving opened drinks behind). The spa was great, but I believe deep tissue just isn't for me. They are very rough and I almost tapped out. Once I was faced up, it was very relaxing and I almost fell asleep, as did everyone else in my group. Overall, it was an amazing stay and I can't wait to come back!

This place was awesome. The food was the best I've ever had of any all-inclusive resort. The grounds were kept beautiful, and there was like six or seven restaurants to choose from each night. Come here if you're on a honeymoon or an anniversary.

Went here for our honeymoon and couldn't have been more pleased. Amazing resort and every direction and detail was beautiful. The food was incredible and felt high class. We really enjoyed this vacation. The staff were very happy and work so hard. The food was delicious and enjoyed every minute. We are already planning our next trip there. The only concern we had was there was a sensor light that would turn the lights in the bathroom on. We did have to call twice on it but it was taken care of. I was impressed that I mentioned to one restaurant my birthday and we got all these acknowledgments of my birthday. You all made my day. I love this resort!

This resort is amazing. The quality of food for all inclusive is outstanding. So many reviews are repeat customers and so many people we met at the resort were repeat visitors. We loved our stay! Some highlights: - The food was great. The amazing buffet for breakfast/lunch and the Mexican restaurant were highlights. - The beach area was beautiful and there were lots of chairs so you didn’t have to fight for a group together. - The entertainment team was a lot of fun. We did a few activities and watched some others and had a great time. Shoutout to all of the music performers and the MC Pedro. - Great shows in the evenings after dinner. We watched traditional dancing, burlesque, and fire dancing. - Housekeeping was amazing and our room was cleaned twice a day. Always new towels and kept tidy. - The property was very large and the staff was great at zipping us around in golf carts for dinner and when it was raining. We would definitely stay again!

The staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality throughout the entire stay, especially Sayri!! She was amazing and just a bundle of joy. Every interaction felt warm, attentive, and genuinely service-oriented. The room was spotless with comfortable furnishings, modern amenities, and a breathtaking view that made it difficult to leave. Dining options showcased excellent variety and high-quality cuisine, with prompt service and great attention to detail. The pools, beach access, and recreational activities created a perfect atmosphere for both relaxation and fun. This experience delivered true luxury and comfort. There is no hesitation in recommending this resort, and a future return visit already feels certain.
