Food was not good. In most cases not cooked. Selected king bed and was told I had to upgrade. Felt like it was a bait and switch. Paid extra money for upgrade. Told we aould get champagne brought to the room. Never showed. I've been to other property and this one was sub par.

It was our third time at the property. The last time was 10 yrs prior. The first time was when the property was new. Certian things were a little tired. All the service people couldnt be nicer. I would say the front desk people were a little hard to communicate with a couple of times, they reallyneed people that have a full grasp of english. Oh and forget aboit transfer email to arrange transfers from airport, no body will answer. Once you are at resort everything was very smooth going to airport.

Very nice place, our stay was phenomenal. We have stayed in many similar places but this one is by far the best, my research and evaluations have paid off. Every staff member was friendly, professional and ensured we are well taken care of. Beach did not have seaweed except one morning (it is seaweed season in this area) but the hotel ensures the sand gets cleaned daily. This is a jungle style paradise, you’d see plenty of wildlife and we have witnessed turtles laying eggs at the hotel beach among other animals that stay away from humans. Pool water is warm, but the entertainment was excellent. Sairee and her team at the entertainment/activities are spectacular 6/5 ⭐️. Men have to wear pants, closed shoes, and a collar shirt in order to enjoy the themed restaurants; this keeps the environment classy yet fun. Japanese and French restaurants are amazing, the Italian being our least favorite. Happiness is guaranteed in this resort. Definitely coming back. Most guests we have spoken with have returned 4-5 times and counting, it says something. I would stay away from the transportation Expedia has as an option. They are not accommodating and careless, we found they are pricier than a taxi fare

Nice resort but food wasn’t good. Had a couple meals that were good. The rest weren’t appetizing. Also, too many restaurants were closed for the day or closed early which was very annoying. Staff were very friendly.

Overall it was an incredible experience. The beauty, quietness, and access to the beach were amazing. L’Alsace’s food was not very good. We leafy and went to l’Olivo and it was superb. Also the checkout experience was not explained and not very friendly. We will still be coming back because it is now our favorite place to stay in Cancun!

Absolutely amazing property and staff. Lucy at the Golden pool was amazing as well as Jose at the main pool and beach bars. The food was wonderful and very well presented. Definitely will be returning for our next trip to Mexico.
