The overall resort was good with great food and very friendly people. But the room temperatures that would not drop below about 80° a night or hard to sleep in and the smell from the seaweed was so overpowering that I had to keep sniffing menthol to get it out of my nose. Swimming through the seaweed to get to the beautiful waters was a little bit discouraging. I know this is global warming and not resorts fault

I book two rooms 306 which had a sewer smell from day 1 we stayed 5 days . I inform the help desk and nothing change . The other room 317 room service skip cleaning, phones don’t work on both rooms , water in the shower only comes out hott . The buffet don’t have menu for people that don’t eat pork because everything has pork associated with it . Workers need to be able to speak and understand some English . Beach is unusable period . Two much sea weed . Casino was the highlight, people there were friendly Janey wonderful person at the casino. Steakhouse service and food was great . Pool pizza was good except for again no one can’t communicate in some English .

The room and especially the bathroom were not clean, even though I received an upgrade. Smell bad even after a cleaning lady clean. The pool area lacked activities and entertainment, and as a mother of 2, I found the Kids’ Club very disappointing.

Only a handful of nice staff literally handful. Service was not received or provided unless tips were involved. Food options for the kids is extremely limited. Repeated buffet menu options for breakfast lunch and dinner. There is no Ac in the seating area of buffet only where food is served and kept. Rooms are very outdated and not as shown in the pictures. Need a lot of work. Ac did not work well in rooms. Sewage smell everywhere. Pool water was hot the wall full of algae and slimy. Certain rooms are far from buffets and pool. A lot of walking involved. Not many activities or night life at the hotel. Many solicitors throughout the hotel.

This place is not nice at all the pictures are not what it really looks. Like the staff is rude. The beach was full of seaweed. We showed up at 4pm for check and had to wait another hour for our room check in is at 3pm. We reserved a room with bunk beds no bunk bed. The showers were clogged so we would shower in a big lake. The a/c wasn’t very cold. There was a lamp in our room that had wires exposed and they just wrapped it with electrical tape. None of the TV channels work.

I think the Resort lack of clean and entertaining. Our room had a very strong odor of mildew and I found 3 roaches. Also the floor had a lot dirty.

Es una experiencia muy buena todo muy lindo, limpio, las habitaciones súper limpias y muy cómodas, la comida excelentes en el buffet prácticamente todo el día tienen comida, y en los restaurantes muy buenas también, la piscina estupenda, la playa tenía sargazo pero es la te potada de estos meses de Junio, Julio y agosto pero el hotel limpia y todo está bello. la atención de los empleados súper buena, son amables, tienen muchísima empatía con las personas, para mí todo estuvo Genial. 10 de 10.

El staff ofrece pobre servicio al cliente, no saben contestar a nada, no ofrecen información relevante. La comida es de pésima calidad y sabor, no había room service, el cuarto pésimas condiciones, la cama extra mega dura y las sábanas igual. Fui al área de la playa y no eran ni las 6pm y en ninguno de spots para o entender bebidas me sirvieron ni tan siquiera agua por que estaban y que a punto de cerrar y no eran ni las 6:oopm En la noche el ruido es espantoso para dormir. Hay vendedores por todas partes hostigando a los clientes. El check out fue otro dolor de cabeza. Definitivamente no volvería ni lo recomiendo a nadie.

I loved the grounds of the property. It was very well kept. However when you pay for a specific room do NOT expect to get that room. This resort is SO overbooked they expect to place you in a room the first night offer you the room you paid for the second night move around throughout 30 buildings. The front desk is not always pleasant and accommodating. It took us at least an entire full day from our week stay to sort the issues we had. From the room change (with children) false promises for an upgrade for an inconvenience, AC not working properly the ENITRE week it took a week to get to the desired temp, our room fridge did not work , lights were blown out, the bathrooms are alright but not entirely cleaned to our expectation on cleanliness, a lot of the workers there were rude until you tip them US dollars then you get the service you paid for AFTER! however the food servers, and bar workers are exceptional and SO kind. READ and RESEARCH A LOT before booking. The beaches were not swimmable due to the extensive seaweed (which ok is out of their control) You cannot sit in peace on the beach without being harassed to get your hair done or do an excursion and when you arrive it is great but then you have the resort workers hounding you to do a tour on the exclusive unaffordable side of the resort ALL WEEK!!!
