This was hands-down, the most amazing service and experience we have ever had. The staff is exceptionally kind and hospitable, attentive to detail, and go above and beyond in every way. We have stayed in many luxury hotels and at highly rated resorts, and this surpassed everyone of those experiences. We have never felt so personally cared for on vacation before! This far surpassed any Sandals experience and we will definitely be Secrets customers and Dominican Republic visitors again! I cannot say enough, good things about our experience!

The staff is the best I’ve ever experienced, they are always there and always very happy to do whatever it takes to make everything perfect and make your life easy, theyre awesome. The views from your room are beautiful and so is the beach, there was a seaweed problem in the ocean water sadly but with the pools, the great weather and views it really wasn’t too much of a problem. The rooms, pools, restaurants, bars, spa, and lobby are seriously top notch, very clean and built beautifully. The worst part was leaving at the end!

A lot of the food was ok, too salty for my taste. Restaurant seem to half a better quality of food. Very quiet resort. Use to a little more fun pool activities. This place is great for older people. I am older but don’t act my age. We are very active.
