Great Place To Stay for PBR Event

The reason for staying here was because it’s next to Golden1 and we were going there for the PBR event. We did the valet parking $47 and it worked perfectly. When checking in, the staff was very professional. They even offered if we wanted a high floor level or low floor level. The room we got was very nice, very modern. Room is pretty spacious and the bathroom is nice (big shower). The only thing I wasn’t impressed with was breakfast at the restaurant in the lobby. Food was very blah. I would stay here again. On funny note, the 5am building evacuation due fire alarms going off made our PBR trip even more memorable!!!!!

This facility was very nice. Right around the corner from Golden One. No luggage cart available when we drove up. The staff was friendly and very proffesional. Room great clean and fresh. Breakfast service was a little slow. Street noise was a little concerning and unexpected.

Was booked here for PBR. Paid for parking and walked in to check in and was told there was no room for us. They said they had tried to contact us (no calls or emails) to let us know. Refunded our fully booked room and booked us across town at Hilton. Extremely frustrating as we booked the hotel solely for the fact that we would be in walking distance of Golden 1.

Valet parking, overall look and feel, jazz themed . From the moment I pulled up until I left, I was taken care of by the valet parking the deskman & bellhop. Staff was very attentive to my needs in regards to dining and coffee options & answered all my questions ECT . Very quiet inside the hotel. Walking distance to most all attractions in downtown. Very convenient. Most definitely will stay here in the future.

My only complaint would be the bath towels. After using the towel I noticed the sticker placed by the factory. Then I looked at my face and there was lint everywhere. It was brand new, never laundered and left lint all over and did not dry me off.

We loved our stay at a Hyatt Centric in another city, so we were excited to stay here in Sacramento, while attending a concert at the Golden1 Center, which is basically attached to the hotel. The front desk staff was helpful; they even held a package for me & helped me carry it to my room. The room was spacious & decorated nicely. Beds were comfortable. And the quick, 3 minute walk to Golden1 was a HUGE bonus! The restaurant & bar did get packed the night of the concert, so make reservations if you plan to dine there, but the food & drinks were fantastic, and the bartenders were great. Would definitely stay here again!
