Clean room , No Refrigerator, if you need ice you need to go down to the lobby , Good luck finding “Free Parking “ unless you want to pay $20 a day for parking at the motel .

Very dirty carpet in the hallway, room smells bad, sheets smells bad too. I have to pay for parking too. I should have gotten the insurance so I can refund my money back. The worst!!!!

Didn’t even end up staying there at all. Took a loss on part of the trip because I was only refunded part of my stay although I was only there for a minute in each room. I say each because I complained about the first room in hopes to be assigned a better room, however the next room was just as bad, if not worse. Rooms were not clean and smelled like marijuana, although they are non smoking rooms. Area surrounding the property is unpleasant. I recommend looking elsewhere first and this hotel should be a last resort. I highly recommend not staying here.

The staff at the reception counter were very friendly and helpful. Appreciated their attitude and approach. The room was very basic and did not feature certain amenities that I've come to expect at even the most basic of hotels. Perhaps, this is more a function of certain individuals stealing from the rooms, but nevertheless degrades the experience. Regarding the property, I never felt threatened by anyone in or around the hotel, although the entire city area where we stayed had many homeless people and many streets in the downtown region reeked of urine. All in all, an economically viable option if funds drive the need.

You get what you paid for. Hotel was ok, some burn marks on the bed, but it was clean. They charge $20 for parking on their private lot. We did not know. They left a towing notice on our windshield. When I mentioned it during check out, the person at the counter said: "you got very lucky because they will tow you." I told her I did not know about the fee, and when we checked in, they did not mention it. She said: "it doesn't matter, you would have been towed." She was not very friendly and a bit condescending.

No available parking and poor service

Front desk wasn’t helping answers any of my questions. Had to park my car somewhere else because the front desk said all the parking space was already taken and she send us somewhere else were she said we had to pay $30 for parking. The room was not clean enough when we got there were hair on the bathtub and sink was dirty as well. I reserved for 2 nights we did not get any room service for the 2 night I had to go the front desk to ask for clean towels for the 2 night cause no body came in to clean the room.

The room is not like the photo they put on website, much older. The parking lot is limited, if you purchased a parking spot, you need to worry your spot taken by others when you leave, and you’ll have to wait others to move car so you can park in your spot.
