This beachy modern guest house is a dream! Two bedrooms with queen beds and pull out sofa in the living room. Light and bright with ocean breezes. Walk just three blocks to the beach. You are in the heart of North PB, close to restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. Owners are attentive and live in the front house. This is not a party house, we respect our neighbors. Great WiFi for those looking to work or study remotely! Special note, this guest house is above our garages, you may hear the garage door open. We have security cameras outside to monitor the property.
Our customers tell us they can't get enough of this vacation home's great beach location. During your stay, you're just a quick walk from Pacific Beach. Laundry facilities are available. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the vacation home.

Excellent Stay

We had an excellent stay at Summer's rental! Check-in was easy and we were welcomed by a thoughtful welcome basket of treats (which came in handy as we were starving!) It was situated in a quiet residential area and we were never bothered by any noise despite our being there while St Patrick's Day's festivities were going on. We were within walking distance or a short drive to great cafes, restaurants and beaches. The comfortable bedrooms and spacious common areas were perfect for our family of 3 to relax in. We never had the pleasure of meeting Summer directly but she was a pleasure to communicate with via text. We look forward to visiting again in the near future!

Delightful in every way

The accommodations were bright, clean, and comfortable with a beachfront vibe. We walked to the beach and restaurants for dinner. (The recommendations provided by the owner in the guidebook were wonderful.) The neighborhood felt safe and checking in and out was simple. The house was stocked with a few snacks when we arrived and coffee. The owner was kind and helpful.

Beautiful, Clean Property in Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at the North Pacific Beach Retreat! We loved the quiet, safe neighborhood where we could easily walk to beach. The unit was beautifully decorated and very, very clean; can't ask for more than that! Owner, Summer, quickly responded to any questions and was very friendly. Great location/great stay. Beds are super comfortable and the location is perfect for taking a quick drive to Catalina, La Jolla and surrounding beaches.
