Thy ask for you to call them to let them know you will be coming after 12am and said the have 24 hour shuttle service. I called for both of those things and no one answered. Hotels.com called them multiple time and they didn’t answer. They say they have 24 hour front desk. Clearly that phone was on silent last night. I hope the front desk person got the good nights sleep I thought I would have. lol boooooooo thumbs down.

Hidden Gem!

We were so pleasantly surprised with how clean and lovely Valtisya House was. The best, however was the help we received from Juan at check in. He went above & beyond in arranging an early taxi for us and made sure all went well, helped us to our room and gave great directions for places in the neighborhood.

Besvikna

TyvĂ€rr en stor besvikelse – motsvarade inte alls förvĂ€ntningarna Vi bokade detta hotell i förhoppning om en trevlig vistelse, men blev snabbt besvikna. Rummet sĂ„g inte alls ut som pĂ„ bilderna – det hade tvĂ„ vĂ€ldigt smĂ„ fönster som man knappt kunde se ut genom, vilket gjorde rummet bĂ„de mörkt och instĂ€ngt. Det luktade konstigt, och det kĂ€ndes inte riktigt rent. Ljudisoleringen var i princip obefintlig. Under natten hörde vi bĂ„de trafik utifrĂ„n och ljud frĂ„n andra gĂ€ster, vilket gjorde det nĂ€stintill omöjligt att sova. OmrĂ„det kĂ€ndes heller inte sĂ€rskilt tryggt, och det fanns ingen mat att fĂ„ pĂ„ plats. Det fanns heller inga bra restauranger i nĂ€rheten, sĂ„ vi fick bestĂ€lla matleverans. Poolen var kall och sĂ„g inte sĂ€rskilt inbjudande ut, och borden runt omkring var inte avtorkade. Sammantaget var det en mycket obekvĂ€m natt och vi sov riktigt dĂ„ligt. Det enda positiva var att personalen var trevlig – sĂ€rskilt killen som jobbade pĂ„ plats – och att taxin som vi bokat kom som planerat pĂ„ morgonen. TyvĂ€rr rĂ€cker inte det för att vĂ€ga upp resten. Vi skulle inte bo hĂ€r igen och rekommenderar att man ser sig om efter andra alternativ.
