Good located hotel with bus stop just round the corner. The no 24 or 25 and C1 bus takes you directly into town in about 20 mins. The 95 takes you to the beach in approx. 35mins. The views from the top floor are amazing. You have an amazing view of the Palau de les Arts which is an incredible building. Pity there is no bar up there so you can really enjoy the views in comfort. The reception staff are a little hostile. 2 were very nice, but I did learn that this is how Spanish people are in Valencia and in the cities…a little unfriendly (but you get used to it). My room on the 2nd floor was great. Quiet, very comfortable bed, AC, good shower & hairdryer. Good mini bar with cold drinks and snacks. Very good & quick laundry service too. The breakfast is fabulous with lots of homemade typical Spanish food and also you can drink the local drink Horchata which is fantastic. The restaurant is also excellent with a fantastic day menu at very reasonable prices. I was a little disappointed with the bar areas. There is only 1 small bar in the lobby, which is not so nice to drink at. The upstairs areas would have been great for a small bar and the rooftop (solarium) would have done a good trade if there had been a bar up there. A real pity as there isn’t really any outside places to sit and have a drink and enjoy the surroundings. Overall a great place to stay. Strongly recommended.

Good location, nice staff. Requested a quiet room but was allocated one by the elevator so had to move. Then the minibar rattled in the night which wasn’t great. Very good breakfast and very clean.

Amazing room

We asked for a superior double and got one of the rooms on the 12th floor with a large terrace and a nice view on El Palau de las Artes. Staff very helpful, provided power adaptor as mine wouldn't fit. The room was spotless every evening. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

A good location for City of Arts and Sciences

This is a big hotel and for my purposes, attending a conference at the City of Arts and Sciences, it was perfectly located. It is also on a direct bus route connecting it with the historic centre. The staff were helpful, the rooms spotless and comfortable. The toiletries provided were in lovely citrus varieties, very nice. However, the coldest setting on the AC only produced a just about acceptable temperature, I could have done with it a few degrees cooler. I did not eat at the hotel as the breakfast (not included in my package) was an amazing 11 Euros if booked in advance, 16 Euros otherwise. No matter, a few minutes walk away was a cafe that opened at 8 and did a wonderful breakfast (freshly squeezed orange juice, cafe con leche and a delicious pastry (choice of several) for 3.30 Euros! Similarly there are several restaurants very close, highly recommended is the one across the street although I did not make a note of the name. The hotel has a gym and a swimming pool, but the latter is a bit of an exaggeration. It would be impossible to actually swim in this pool, it is that small. A cooling dip maybe, but not serious exercise. That was a bit of a disappointment, it has to be said. There is free wireless only in the lobby, but you can pay for it in the rooms if you really need to. Technically you get only 30 minutes free, but the reception staff are quite happy to give out another voucher when the 30 minutes elapses.

Gute Lage, unmittelbare Nähe zur Ciutat de las Artes, zu Fuss erreichbar. Bushaltestelle vor dem Hotel, ca. 25 min. bis in Zentrum. Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer sehr schön und sauber.
