We found the resort to be a beautifully designed property with its excellent central pool system running down between the buildings. The food on offer at the buffet and individual restaurants was in keeping with a five star hotel.

The room was outdated and had an noticeable smell. There was shampoo provided but no conditioner, and there was no body wash, which is pretty basic even for smaller hotels. On the positive side, the arcade and the circus show were really fun—my family truly enjoyed those.

We enjoyed the slides and pool. The room was clean amd updated. The only issue was yhe water pressure in the showers. There was not a lpt of pressure to wash the soap off. The staff was friendly.

Staff was great. A little disappointed in the kids activities. We asked for a crib prior to our arrival, then again when we checked in, then again after dinner. It wasn’t until 9:30 until we got a crib delivered, way past our babies bedtime.
