Our room was very nice. Liked that we had the option of daily housekeeping at no extra charge. They also had many free parking options and so many casinos charge for parking.There are many dining options abailable also. Overall great experience.

Maid service could’ve been better. We ordered room service for dinner the first night. Left the room the next morning and came back that evening to find our food service still sitting there. First two days the air conditioner could not keep up. Laid in bed at night sweating. Called to report it and eventually I think they figured it out. But never really got below 74.

Staff was courteous place was clean and overall...great stay. One criticism; they need to change their air filtration system. No issues with smoking at the casino...it literally was hard to breathe there.

By 5:30 on the first day of our stay housekeeping had not refreshed the room, called them down in the hall for towels & empty the trash. Nowhere to eat without a 90 minute wait at 7:00 PM and the restaurants blamed us. Lodged concern with front desk and the did on give a damn
