South point is the place to stay

If you go to Vegas a lot, you’ve done the strip and Fremont st, and then this is where to stay every time. The food is sooo much better at this hotel than all the 5 star fuu fuu, low rated restaurants that aren’t worth the money. The beds are comfy, it’s quiet. I will stay here from now every time in Vegas. One suggestion, it’s really my only complaint. The toilet paper and facial tissues are paper hard, maybe a softer brand.

Ok so this place is nice. However Caotic, tons of locals pooring into this casino everyday. Taking all the good parking spots. Huge bowling alley, However not for the public.. Very limited hours that you can actually use the bowling alley. It stays resevered for tournaments. Even though when you go check it out. Tons of lanes are open! The rooms were nice. Although alot of dust from construction. It would be easy to tape and plastic off the areas the work is being done. Let me just tell you anytime you need an elevator you are going to be waiting This placed stays packed. Overall we had a good experience. I wish they would take care of there guests better than the locals..

Liked -Good Sports Book. Disliked - Hotel charged me $100 more than my reservation confirmed by Expedia. - I requested that my bill be emailed to me. That was 4 days ago and I still do not have it. - Pillow had a disgusting stain on it - Dirty washcloth hanging on top of the shower curtain fell on me when I opened it to turn the water on. - Soap niche on tub wall was full of soap scum. - Bathrooms were being remodeled a couple of doors down. You could hear loud drilling/jack hammering? and banging in the room and louder, of course, in the hall. We could not rest or do anything in our room from approximately 10:00 am to at least 6:00 pm. - I talked to front desk personnel twice in person. The room was re-cleaned. I was assured that the General Manager would contact me. It hasn’t happened. I have stayed here several times in the past with 13 other men. We will not be returning.

Construction stay

Room was recently updated but still had construction material in the room. Construction was still going on the floor had to walk over material. Construction during the day with excessive noise. Casino hall was old and gross.
