Very nice.

Very nice boutique hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival we were assigned a smaller room than we had booked. We let them know and they got us a proper room immediately. 20 minute walk or less to Riks Museum and Van Gough Museum.

Property is nice but its not a 5 star. Not sure why booking or other sites show it as 5 star. Basic things like shower cap or hand cream was missing. Not water bottles. Checkin is through a tab , not a human.

Horrendous customer service. As United States Citizens, they did not give us the two twin bed room that we booked for and instead said the “machine decides, we can do nothing” and the machine assigned us a king room (I.e. two attached twin bed frames with a single king mattress). We told them to get us to get us two twin mattresses, and they said no. Trash customer service. Breakfast top of the top (specialty salmon and nuts in addition to an excellent breakfast buffet), but we cannot recommend booking again due to trash customer service to citizens of US.

All of the staff was incredible. A special mention to the wonderful staff member that helped us get settled and checked in late at night on August 12. I highly recommended this hotel!

The hotel was nice but the check in ruined our overall stay. We arrived at 4.20pm when check in was at 4pm and told our room wasn’t ready so we were asked to wait which was fine. When we got to check in not too long later we went to our room which was a twin room when I had booked a double. I asked at reception with the lady who I checked in with and she told me that there were no double rooms as the hotel was fully booked. I spoke to an Expedia agent who contacted the hotel and she told me she had a phone call with Daniel at reception and he would find a solution for me. I went back to reception and stood there as the only person in reception for sometime while Daniel went about his business avoiding me. When I finally got his attention, he could not have been more unhelpful and down right rude. Polite and friendly customer service seemed like it was not something Daniel was equipped with. It took the pleasure out of our stay in the hotel and was the worst check in experience I have ever
