The room was quite fascinating as a smart room and its features were exciting. The bed was a good size and very comfortable. The bedrooms felt like there could have been a bit of a deeper clean especially on surfaces and the floor and the shower did drip continuously which was quite loud during the nights which woke us up annoyingly, the tv was also quite difficult to connect to apps and didn’t work so well connecting, but the staff were above and beyond helpful!

Pros: Sleek design. Love the restaurant's food and late hours.Comfortable bed. Charming vibe. Cons: I wish the hotel had a cash option. The fixtures are computer controlled and in some cases unnecessarily difficult to operate. My room was too small for two but would've been fine for one (the bed takes up half the room. The shower is odd.

Positives. Helpful and pleasant staff. Less than 10 minutes walk in nice neighborhood from Amsterdam Zuid train and metro station. Bed is comfy and room is functional. Quiet. Blackout drapes. The negatives are the weirdness of all CitizenM hotels. The bed is up against the window so one person needs to climb over the other one in bed. No kettle or coffee service. Limited privacy with a pull curtain between the bedroom and separate toilet room and shower. Restaurants within 10 minute walk. For us for 2 nights it worked - great price compared to central hotels and easy train access to Schiphol.

Great location and friendly staff, but the room was very small The hotel is in an excellent location, and the shared areas are pleasant and comfortable to spend time in. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which I truly appreciated. However, my room was tiny — it was hard to get by, especially with the shower. That made my stay less comfortable than I hoped.
