Hotel was one of the best hotel i’ve ever been. Room was very clean, beautiful and cozy. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and the view was nice, sun was shining every morning to the room. Hotel was peaceful and we slept like babies. We ate breakfast 2 times, and it was delicious, fresh and I liked that there were so many options of everything, like 6 different granolas!! Juice that has orange colour was my favourite, not the original orange juice but the darker one if you know what I mean 😀 coffee was great and you had ikaffe, which is very important me cause I don’t drink cows milk. Unfortunately we didn’t get the table at the famous restaurant Tozi, but if we ever will travel back to Amsterdam, I could book your hotel again for sure and make a reservation to Tozi 😍 one thing I could ask if you could have a vegan yogurt at breakfast. Everything else was absolutely amazing in this hotel! Neighbourhood was very lovely and we liked that Vondelpark were just next to us, we went there on a walk every day.

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut direkt am Vondelpark. Was wir vermissten war z.B. eine Klobürste - sowas sollte doch wohl in jedem Hotel der Welt Standard sein. Leider wurden wir auch beim check-in nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass wir Housekeeping anmelden müssen. Ansonsten ist es wirklich ein tollen, modernes Hotel.

Thank you for your feedback, Christian. I am so happy you enjoyed our beautiful location and modern hotel. Are rooms are not equipped with a toilet brush for hygiene reasons. I apologise you were not informed about our cleaning policy upon check-in; this is communicated via our Welcome Letter and on the TV screen in your room, however it we aim to also verbally explain this. In diesem Hotel gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Ein sehr herzlicher Empfang mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, den Zimmerdienst für seinen sehr gepflegten Service, das reichhaltige Morgenessen und die gut eingerichtete Bar, alles war sehr gut. Wir können und werden dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen. Besten Dank.
