Loved the staff! Very kind. 5 minute walk from metro station. 2 minute walk to convenience store. Very luxurious for an affordable price. Can’t wait to see what their other locations have to offer!

This was my first time at the Ruby Emma, and it definitely won't be my last. I managed to lose my phone, but the staff were very sympathetic and did everything they could to help. Thankfully, the phone was returned to the reception shortly afterwards. We quickly forgot about the incident when we arrived in our room. The location was amazing, and both my fiancée and I were seriously impressed by everything.

Really enjoyed my stay here, especially as a solo traveler. The staff were helpful and friendly and loved how close it was to the station. Only thing I would say is that because it is a smart hotel, if you are still in the room past 11, absolutely nothing works… lights, blind so that’s my only point which I guess is smart on their behalf.

Most hotel rooms in Europe are small. This was very spacious. The shower was large and amazing to have the waterfall feel from the ceiling. Three minute walk to the metro. Plenty of bike options to rent. Away from all the hustle and bustle of the city center. It was a few minute ride to the city center.

We loved the location, close proximity to the metro. The hotels boutique feel and ambiance. The private elegant restaurant on the 21st floor, where i celebrated my 64th birthday. The sound proof and close out shades. We will definitely return.

We liked: 1-The style, 2- Ceanliness, 3- The staff. 4- Allowing us to check-in even before chrck-in hours. 5- The metro station is 5 minutes walk. We did not like: 1- No room dining, 2- No phone in the room, 3- Limited dining hours. 4- Limited food menu. 5- Limited attractions or dining options in the area. 6- No bellman/ bellboy or concierge attendant. We did not try regular meal times (BF, L, D). So we can't comment. Although the bar stays open late hours, it's the only option to eat in the hotel. Even after you undress after a long cold night, you have to dress up again and go to the bar in the lobby if you want to order food from a limited menu! No one to carry your luggage, even if there is, no phone to ask for assistance! You must go to the front desk and request! Indeed, the hotel is not a 4-star hotel as Expedia listed. Honostly, I never experienced a similar star rating missing these features! Hotel standards are almost known and can be summarized: If it's a B&B, we expect something clean, standard furniture, and breakfast with limited options. If it's 4-star, we expect more features such as a telephone in the room, a 24 hr room service, and a comrehensive food menu. If it's a 5-star, we expect more such as luxurius building in all of facilities and services. We do not think we will visit the hotel again.

the rooms were very modern with lights being controlled from an ipad and a very nice design and clean!! each floor had a mini communal kitchen and lounging area which was very nice and a mini fridge inside room. would definitely recommend staying here. a downside is the hotel is about a 20/25 min drive from the main city centre. they allowed us to check in at 12 for free and a €15 euro for a late checkout till 1pm

Wonderful hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. There is a breakfast option that was delicious, was an additional cost. The bar drinks and food were delicious. Have to travel by train to get to Amsterdam, which has it's pros and cons. Easy to get around.

Excellent stay! Great price for such a luxurious hotel. Was hesitant about it being far from the center but it is across the street from the Metro stop and only a couple stops into the different neighbourhoods to explore (and 6 to centraal). Very convenient, clean and has the coziest beds!! Will stay here again next time I visit. Also loved the free drink voucher if you choose go green at checkout as the bar is lovely!
