the property itself is really not the best. you could hear everything from outside the rooms and what was going on in the hallways. also the lift was the worst sometimes it worked sometimes it didnt and soo slow and loud. best thing was really only the location. very central and everything was nearby.

It’s too small. The stairs are dangerous and the room was smaller than a prison cell, probably with less amenities. Don’t book this hotel if you have a disability or muscular-skeletal fragility. It’s accessibility is it’s only real selling point. Silly hotel.

Location was excellent. King sized bed very comfortable. Not boutique and not a hotel - just rented rooms. Could hardly get round bed to get to other side. On first sight, bathroom modern and stylish but shower screen not large enough to prevent water going all over bathroom - not designed as a wet room!! We were on third floor - Tread on stairs very narrow - hate to think what would have happened in a fire evacuation.

Perfect position although room comfy and clean extremely noisy outside due to being next to a restaurant that’s open late. Great helpful staff and good clean rooms. Beware don’t get the lift if in a hurry and steps awfully steep Would use again and highly recommended Thanks

Solo stay in Saras

Nice small cost hotel close to tram and bus station . Also very close to Rels muese and Van Gogh Museam . Stone throw away to the huge Holland casino. Friendly staff. Small room but clean.

The room is quite large and tastefully decorated. The hotel offers basic service: a clean bed and a roof over your head, that's about it though. We were on the ground floor next to the reception and the room was quite noisy except between midnight and 6 o'clock. The hotel is centrally located to get into the city on foot or by rented bicycles, which are offered by the hotel. Also, the express bus to the airport stops only a few hundred meters away.

Not great , location was good thou

Not very comfy bed very noisy hotel Nowhere to sit when checked out lift is noisey And slow staff not that friendly only one girl on last day was nice Would not come back to this hotel Would like a call back from ebookers
