They have been breaching confidentiality by reporting stuff about what I've said and done to third parties and people that have nothing to do with the property. And then when I ask them about this they deny it.

Would not try and save money to stay here again. The front desk people were rude and unhelpful. The metal bunks and plain walls makes you feel as if you're incarcerated. I would recommend to look elsewhere.

El hotel está limpio, aún así es demasiado lejos para el precio que tiene. Recomiendo buscar hoteles más cerca del centro porque este está a 5 kilómetros. El personal de la recepción no es agradable y si no alcanzas a terminar de tomar desayuno te cobran 5 euros por hacer uso del comedor. En fin, no fue una estadía agradable The hostel is far from the center I recommend looking for hotels closer to the center because it is 5 kilometers away. The reception staff is not pleasant and if you can't finish breakfast they charge you 5 euros for making use of the dining room.

도난사건 대응이 미흡함

2명 2박 예약했는데 체크인시 한명으로 뜬다해서 후에 다시한번 한명꺼 확인하고 친구랑 방 따로따로 배정받음. 시설은 깔끔하고 침대 넓고 좋음. 싼 가격치고 포함된 조식도 괜찮은편. 두번째날 새벽 외투와 캐리어 통채로 누군가 훔쳐가는 사건 발생. 같은방 여러명이 노트북과 여권 등 도난당함. 새벽시간대 스탭은 대응은 친절한듯 보였으나 아침에 교대한 스탭에게 도난사건 발생 사실을 전혀 전달하지 않았고, 아침까지 기다려서 보안카메라 확인 요청했지만 매니저 대응이 시원찮음. 도난당한 짐은 아직 호스텔 건물 내에 있다는 확신이 들었지만 확인해줄수없다며 니잘못이니 경찰한테나 가봐라 하는 답변을 들음.

Camera larga con soffitti alti. Colazione discreta ma in rapporto al prezzo va bene. Unica pecca: Avevamo avvisato che una luce non andava ma non ce l'hanno cambiata e nel bagno al contrario rimaneva sempre accesa compreso l'aspiratore.
