Small but pleasant room. Nice coffee/tea options and a mini fridge. Great views over the swimming pools and towards parts of Amsterdams skyline. Very friendly check in desk staff. Numerous hotel amenities including a pool and small gym. High level of hotel safety with 3 points in which your room key card must be scanned for access at later hours.

Great hotel

Fantastic hotel. Gift bag on arrival for little one which was a nice touch. You get free access to pool next door which is great for killing an hour or two. Same is quiet on a night time which great for getting kids to sleep. Breakfast and bar great. All the staff were famtastic and we had such a lovely stay. Same is also on the 22 bus route which runs very regularly and you can get anywhere pretty easily. A great hotel at a nice price.

The hotel is conveniently placed for accessing the city centre and the airport. Hotel staff were friendly and the hotel and rooms are clean, comfortable and air conditioned. We did not make use of the pool or restaurant, so cannot comment on this. We did receive complimentary stroopwaffels on arrival and a small clog keychain each when we left, which was a nice touch. The 22 bus stops right outside, taking you into the city centre, or to Sloterdijk train station which connects you to the airport. There are cafes, shops and bars a short walk away heading into the city centre. We would stay again.

Front desk staff friendly and very helpful. Stored our luggage safely for a day following checkout. The Cont Brkfst was excellent Now to the bar/restaurant. The first encounter the bartender presented professionally. The second time, for food and drink, both the male staff were dressed far too casually … almost slovenly. The place had a handful of filled tables, many were left unwiped. And when the male staffer cleaned them he simply wiped the crumbs off everywhere - sloppily and inefficiently, with residue lefton the seating. to top it off, we learned that MOST OF THE MENU ITEMS were not made on the premises! ie frozen, Yuck. and the food was less than …. And such a dreary place thst could be more inviting. I wonder what the owner of this place pays his staff. Quite the contrast between the front desk and the lounge/restaurant. Shape up!

This was a great place to stay in Amsterdam. The room was excellent. The breakfast was wonderful. It offered far more than I expected and was included with the room. The hotel is a little off the beaten path, but within walking distance of the old part of the city. I would stay again.

Lovely clean hotel

The hotel has good transport links with a regular bus just outside the hotel and only 10 minutes into Amsterdam central. The foyer of the hotel is a bit hostel like and not what i was expecting however the rooms were clean, spacious and provided useful gadgets such as an iron, ironing board, coffee machine and kettle, fridge and safe that you wont find in most hotels anymore. Some of the furniture looks a bit worse for wear and could do with replacing. Staff were lovely and helpful. We didnt get breakfast due to the cost, a childs breakfast is the same cost as an adult which seems excessive for a continental breakfast especially when there is a supermarket down the road where you can purchase pastries for under a euro. Overall stay was good, most importsnt factors for me are safety and cleanliness and both were met at high standards. Would definitely return.

Overall fine hotel. The staff did not go out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Additionally, do not feel the pictures online represents the true look of the hotel. The hotel itself was clean enough and in a safe area.

Komfortowy pobyt z bezpośrednim dojadem do centrum

Razem z grupą przyjaciół ( 6 osób) zatrzymaliśmy się na 5 dni w Hotelu WestCord Art w Amsterdamie. Przyjazny personel dokonał błyskawicznego zameldowania. 3-gwiazdkowy hotel na bardzo dobrym poziomie zapewnił wygodne łóżka, codzienne sprzątanie, czajnik oraz ekspress kapsułkowy na kawę. Obok hotelu znajduje się przystanek autobusu nr 22, który w ciągu 8- 10 minut dowozi do centrum miasta. 600 metrów od hotelu znajduje się dobrze zaopatrzony supermarket i kilka restauracji. Pobyt w Hotelu uważamy za bardzo udany.

Run of the mill hotel that was maintained well by the housekeeping. Breakfast not particularly palatable and would have given it a miss. Front desk staff were polite and courteous and arranged a packed meal when we had to leave out early
