Staff was very accommodating and answered all our questions. Being from the US language can be somewhat challenging. The staff that helped us all spoke English. The room was clean and the shower felt great. It was a very deep tub and there were no hand rails for safety getting in and out from the shower. Breakfast was good. Lots to choose from.
