Pedro, the manager of the property was great. Very friendly and the rooms were very clean. However, the rate paid through Expedia apparently does NOT include a $2 Euro per night per person fee. In addition, the property description mentions free parking. There is no parking on the premises, and while there is some free parking on the street, it is VERY hard to find.

Great location and service

Small room, tiny bathroom, no frills, off-site parking on the street, but excellent location, not even a block away from the closest metro station and just a few blocks from several restaurants and cafes. In addition, the owner was super nice and very helpful. And the breakfast coffee was delicious!

Отличный отель, недорогой и удобно расположен.

Отличный недорогой отель с завтраком и прекрасным хозяином. Расположен близко к метро, автобусу и генеральному консульству РФ Достаточно близко магазины, кафе, рестораны Номер чистый, все необходимое есть. С удовольствием остановлюсь еще, если вновь возникнет потребность посещения консульства.
